Accommodation Update

Accommodation:

Hi All.

Well the date is fast approaching us all and now is the time to start booking accommodation for the big weekend. The following hotels have been reserved for Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights and remember when making a booking be sure to mention that you are part of the Cece/Beauchamp wedding on the 24^th of September:

Guichen Bay Motel. 17 Rooms available for the 23rd, 24th and 25th of September. (08) 87682001.

Robetown Motor Inn. 11 Rooms (2 rooms are 2 bedroom units) available for the 23rd, 24th and 25th of September (08) 87682185.

Caledonian Hotel and Cottages. 6 Hotel Rooms left and 1 Cottage (The cottages are Latte and are on the doorstep of the beach) available for the 23rd, 24th and 25th of September. The Caledonian is conveniently next door to the wedding venue. (08) 87682029.

If you are unable to book at any of these please visit the link on the left side of the blog www.robe.com.au. There you will find a link almost in the middle of the screen which will point you to all accommodation in Robe possible. There are some great Guest Houses and Bed and Breakfast available to be sure to check it out.

We have booked for the 3 nights as we would love for you all to be there with us all for the entire weekend but completely understand if this is not possible.

How to RSVP to our wedding

To RSVP for our wedding send us an email to kateandtimswedding@hotmail.com by the 24th of August 2011.
If you have any dietary requirements or allergies include that in your email so we can accommodate you.
If there is sufficent interest we will organise a bus to transport people to and from Robe. It will leave Adelaide Saturday morning and make a pick up in Murray Bridge, arriving in Robe at approximately 1pm. It will leave Robe on Sunday early afternoon, make a drop off in Murray Bridge and Adelaide. If you are interested in taking the bus please inform us ASAP with your RSVP and we will let you know the definite pick up places and times.

Update:

Hi there wedding goers.
The plans are coming along smoothly..(So kate tells me)

Instead of just the one special day we plan on making this a weekend to remember so if you can join us for both the Saturday night and the sunday as there are a couple of things planned..

The Saturday is the main event. The WEDDING.. This will commence at 4pm for a short ceremony in the church on the hill. This will be followed by the festivities beginning directy after. You won't have far to walk as the venue is all the one spot. From the church you stroll down a few stairs to the Marquees where the night will begin with a couple of pre dinner drinks and a meal to remember..!!

We are incredibly pleased to announce that Chris Panousakis will be providing some live accoustic tunes while you sip on a few beverages prior to your meal.. Chris is a master of his trade and is sure to have us all enchanted as he strums a few classic tunes..

The night will finish off with plenty of fun, a few short speeches and a few more drinks......

The Sunday or the Day after can sometimes be a tough day especially if you have celebrated hard with us the night before.! Have no fear as we plan on helping you all through this.. From 11am we will be hosting a day after Brunch and all wedding guests are welcome.. Join us for an all day party to cap off the weekend. Plenty of food, Beer and Wine and once again the musical stylings of Chris Panousakis to complete a brilliant weekend.

So this is the basic plan of the weekend, but stay tuned for details of Accomodation and travel as we have plenty of rooms reserved and a Bus going from Adelaide through Murray Bridge and on to Robe leaving on the Saturday Morning and returning on the Sunday Evening..

We hope to see you all there and can't wait for the big day..
